Learning While Living
An afterschool adventure in self-directed education
This 10-week program is held at Abundance Farm in Northampton and facilitated by educator and parent, Natasha Gill.
Learning While Living offers an immersive experience in self-directed education (SDE) to children who attend school. It’s a space where young people can rediscover their passions, claim their autonomy, engage with members of the community, and access the whole-body learning that’s often missing from their school lives.

Hello there! I’m Natasha Gill, an educator, former academic, writer, and parent.
Offerings
Natasha offers conflict simulation modules, workshops on SDE/unschooling, and a new afterschool program called Learning While Living.
TRACK4
TRACK4 runs conflict and negotiation simulations for students, activists, journalists, mediators, or anyone involved in or interested in addressing a particular conflict.
These are fully immersive, experiential modules where participants dive into a particular conflict and learn about it from the perspectives of a wide variety of players, while also being exposed to the deep context in which a conflict takes place.

YOUTH PROGRAMS
